Highly Anticipated Films *coming this year*

Hello everyone! As we're slowly making our way towards summer, I thought I'd shoot out a schedule of films I'm excited for!
May 5 -- Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3
If you haven't, go watch the groot special on Disney+! I'll have to add rewatching the first two as well. I'm excited for the end but sad to see it go.
May 26 -- The Little Mermaid Live Action
Of course the Little Mermaid has made the list. There's not much more to say other than I'm counting down the days to ticket preorders.
June 23 -- No Hard Feelings
With all the Hunger Games talks, I've been very impressed by Jennifer Lawrence's acting abilities and I think this is bound to be a pretty funny film. I'm still curious as to how the whole thing plans on wrapping up but it looks like fun!
July 21 -- Barbie
All of the promo for the film has been absolutely spot on marketing. I love all the pink and the theories surrounding the plot will be interesting to see if they're close. I also think this movie has been a long time coming and hopefully will do the brand justice. Till then, Ill have to go back and rewatch some of the original films.
August 4 -- Meg 2: The Trench
I've always been a fan of sharks and shark movies. The original was such a fun film that I also have to revisit soon. I actually had no idea about this sequel till recently but I really hope it comes out on time and I get the chance to see it!
November 10 -- The Marvels
Captain Marvel was the first of the Marvel films I saw in theaters, and I've been counting down the days since for a sequel. On top of that, the other marvels have been wonderful to meet, especially Monica. I have yet to watch the Disney+ series, but I'll make sure I do this summer before the film drop!
November 17 -- The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes
And finally, in the last month or two I've been able to finish the Hunger Game's films for the first time and I fell in love with them! The renaissance on Tiktok brought some very interesting content across my for you page and I'm even more excited to actual read through the series as well. Also, I kind of love the villains of the series and am super excited at least to see Snow's beginnings.
As these films are released, keep an eye out for reviews and of course, let me know the ones you're looking forward to and other films I didn't mention above!
